A man will face a crown court judge next month accused of selling heroin and crack cocaine to an undercover police officer.
Louis Roberts, 19, of Belle Vue Road, Devizes, entered no pleas to three charges of supplying class A drugs.
He is said to have met an undercover officer – named in court only as Dylan – on June 18 and 20 last year and passed over wraps of heroin and crack cocaine.
The teenager appeared before Swindon Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday morning via video link from Gablecross police station.
He was bailed with conditions to surrender his passport, be at his home from 7pm to 7am and sign in at Melksham police station twice a week.
He is due before Swindon Crown Court on August 28 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
