FIVE more people in Swindon have won cash through the People’s Postcode Lottery.
The Belle Vue Road neighbours won £1,000 each when their postcode, SN1 3HN, was announced as the daily prize winner on Tuesday, July 28.
It is the fourth time a Swindon street has won the prize in the past fortnight.
Judie McCourt, People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador, said: “What great news for our winners!
“Congratulations to them, I hope they go and treat themselves to something nice with their winnings.”
At least 32 per cent of ticket sales goes directly to charities with players of the People’s
Postcode Lottery having raised over £500 million since it began.
The draw was promoted by The Ramblers, which has received over £10.1 million in funding from the players so far.
The charity works to protect and expand areas in the country where people regularly walk as well as encouraging more people to exercise.
