A PERSON was trapped in their car after it crashed into a ditch near Aldbourne this morning.
The Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed the car clipped another vehicle on the B4192 before landing upside down in a ditch.
Two crews from Swindon and Marlborough were called to the crash at 9am to release the person from the vehicle.
A statement said: "Crews from Swindon and Marlborough attended and used hydraulic cutting equipment to release the person from the car who had become trapped after the car had rolled into a ditch.
"Once the person was released from the vehicle, they were handed over to the ambulance service."
The South Western Ambulance Service confirmed a crew treated a man at the scene and took him to hospital.
His condition was not thought to be too serious.
