POLICE are investigating a dog attack in Calne after an owner and her pet were bitten.
A spokesman said: "At approximately 12.30pm on July 5 a Yorkshire terrier which was off the lead attacked a woman’s dog before biting the woman on the leg causing a bruise.
"The incident happened in the dog walking area behind the Beversbrook Sports Centre.
"The victim attempted to speak with the male owner of the dog following the incident. He is described as white, in his early 50s, approximately 6 ft tall and of large build."
Police issued a picture of the man they want to speak to.
