CAMPERS perched precariously on an unstable cliff got a rude awakening from police officers this morning.
Purbeck Police insisted the campers leave the dangerous site after a weekend of chaos at nearby Durdle Door.
"First job of the day included getting two campers down from this unstable cliff edge at Lulworth Cove" said a spokesman.
" The risk to emergency services if something had gone wrong cannot be understated. Needless to say they were dealt with accordingly and didn’t quite get the wake up they had wanted."
