DAUNTSEY: Simon Berryman, 48, from St Johns pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified. He was given a community order and put under curfew between 7pm and 7am, wearing an electronic tag for six months and was ordered to pay a surcharge of £85.

MELKSHAM: Sam Farley, 26, of Lincoln Green, has been sent for trial by jury accused of harassment of a woman, and of disclosing a private sexual photograph of the same woman with the intention of causing her distress. He will appear before Swindon Crown Court in June and remains in custody. No plea was given.

BRADFORD on AVON: Daisy Lovatt of Bridge 172, Kennet and Avon Canal has pleaded guilty to threatening violent and abusive behaviour to members of the public. She also pleads guilty to assaulting two police officers, possessing cocaine and being in charge of a barge while over the alcohol limit. The case has been sent to Swindon Crown court for hearing in June.

TROWBRIDGE: 42 year old David Symonds of Langford Road has had his case for exposing his genitals in Bournemouth in April dealt with at Poole Magistrates court.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: 32 year old Stewart Hendry from Queens Road denies stalking a woman by sending her 113 text messages over a 12 hour period. The woman is cited as his change coach, who helps people with difficulties getting employment. He also denies contacting her over Facebook, sending her seven messages to get her attention by saying he wanted to kill himself before she blocked him. Despite being asked to stop, and apologising he is accused of sending more messages, and came to her work place saying he was going to jump off a building unless she talked to him. He has had an interim stalking protection order extended until the adjourned case will be heard in July at Swindon Magistrates.

TROWBRIDGE: Marie-Louise Cordey, 51, of Church Walk has had her case for non-payment of a fine of £1821adjounred until June.

MELKSHAM: Ian Firman, 49, of Dunch Lane has been granted conditional bail after pleading not guilty to a domestic violence case in which he is accused of assaulting two people.

CHIPPENHAM: Sarah Davis of Carpenter close has pleaded guilty to cause a woman alarm and distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words. She also pleads guilty to damaging a codes of practice book and failing to comply with a community protection notice causing distress to a neighbour. She has been conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay £50 compensation.

CHIPPENHAM: George Mullard, 23, from Stockwood Road has been sent for trial accused of trespassing in a house in Swindon with intent to steal. He has been remanded into custody and no plea was offered.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: 26 year old Haydn Andrews of Clarendon Drive has been remanded in custody accused of beating up a woman. He denies the charge.

CHIPPENHAM: Daniel Payne, 31, of Cowleaze has been sent for trial by jury accused of supplying cannabis. He remains in custody until the trail in June at Swindon Crown Court.

CHIPPENHAM: 48 year old Anthony Steven-Jones’ case for breaching a non-molestation order has been moved to Swindon Magistrates court.

TROWBRIDGE: Benjamin Cavill, 24, of Barley Rise, has been sent to prison for six weeks for persistent offending of driving while disqualified. He pleaded guilty to the charge after being told he had complete disregard of a court order not to drive. He was ordered to pay a surcharge of £156 and disqualified from driving for three years. He also pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and having cocaine in his blood when tested, but was given no separate penalty.

CHIPPENHAM: Byronn Plumb of Wood Lane has been jailed for 26 weeks after he pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly and of attacking police officers. He was also jailed for four concurrent weeks as his offence was considered so serious as he had clear intention of assualting frontline emergency workers in the ambulance and at the hospital. The 30 year old also pleaded guilty to damaging a police car.

MARLBOROUGH: 50 year old Nicholas O Dwyer of Horsehall Hill has had an application for a complaint for a stalking protection order withdrawn.
