A five-year-old Warminster boy has raised over £800 for the NHS by running the distance of a marathon.

Inspired by the efforts of Capt Tom Moore, Finley Frith, 5, challenged himself to run 26.2 miles to raise money for the NHS.

Starting on Saturday, May 9, Finley has been running over a mile every single day to meet his target.

To date has ran pushed over halfway to his goal at 17 miles with no signs of slowing down.

Daniela Fuke, Finley’s mum said: “We are unbelievably proud of him and his achievements.

“He was inspired by captain Tom and has been enjoying the Thursday evening clapping for the NHS.

“He has shown interest in what the doctors and nurses do and how he can help save lives.

Finley has raised a total of £897 so far from an initial target of £200.
