ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Haydn Andrews, 26, of Clarendon Drive, admitted breaching a bail condition banning him from contacting a woman he is accused of assaulting.

He has already pleaded not guilty to the two assaults, which are alleged to have taken place in Chippenham on April 20 and 21.

He was remanded in custody pending a bail hearing.

WILTSHIRE: Gareth Larmour, 36, of West Parade, Warminster, was charged with breaching a bail condition by contacting a woman in Warminster on May 6 – in breach of bail conditions granted by Yeovil magistrates in April.

He admitted the breach and was granted bail. He was prevented from going to a street in Frome.

WALCOT: Wezley McGregor, 32, of Drakes Way, admitted breaching the terms of his post-sentence supervision.

He was not receiving visits from his probation officer, attend an appointment or host a home visit.

He was jailed for seven days.

WILTSHIRE: Wiltshire Police applied for a three-month closure order on a house in Portway Lane, Warminster. The application was granted.

WILTSHIRE: Melksham man Ryan Peck, 24, of King Street, was jailed for six weeks after he pleaded guilty to two assaults and a threat to damage property of one of his victims.

One of the offences was committed on January 4 and the others on May 3. He must pay £100 compensation.

SWINDON: Julian Johnson, 37, of Effra Road, London, pleaded not guilty to taking a Mini Cooper without lawful authority.

He was remanded in custody until June 4, when a trial date will be fixed.

SWINDON: Charges against Daniel Stevens, 20, of Parklands, Malmesbury, were withdrawn at the request of the police. He had been due to face a charge of driving a Honda moped carelessly on Curtis Street on September 2 last year.

WILTSHIRE: George Baker, 34, of Bemerton Heath, Salisbury, admitted assaulting a woman by beating on May 10.

He was bailed for a case management hearing on June 22. Under his bail conditions he is not allowed to enter Jubilee Close, Salisbury.

WILTSHIRE: Thomas Hughes, 38, of Williams Drive, Braintree, admitted breaching bail conditions ordered by Surrey Magistrates’ Court after he was arrested in Salisbury on May 10. He was re-granted bail and ordered to appear before Surrey magistrates on June 5.

WILTSHIRE: Elliott Ozteoman, 38, of Rolleston Street, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to breaching the terms of a restraining order banning him from going to a house on the Queensway, Melksham. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
