Cotswold District Council has suspended the current community activity support grant scheme in light of the Covid-19 restrictions.
The council will develop it's 2020/21 community grant scheme to help people come together after the coronavirus outbreak.
Cllr Jenny Forde, cabinet member for health, wellbeing and public safety, said: “We know our community activity support grant scheme can be of great benefit to our local communities.
“We're busy assessing what financial aid might be needed by our neighbourhoods and community groups right now and doing our very best to delay the spread of Covid-19.
"We think it makes sense, therefore, to suspend the current round of grants so that we can focus on supporting our residents."
