Vandals clean up
CALNE: Three teenagers who sprayed graffiti in the town centre spent Sunday cleaning up their handiwork in Mill Street and Station Road in an initiative organised by police and the town council.
Beware burglars
STUDLEY: Damage was caused when a would-be-thief tried to steal a doorbell video camera at a house in Norley Lane between 8pm and 8.30pm on Monday. Later on the same evening a burglar broke into a house in the same road and carried out an untidy search. Police say it is unclear if anything was taken.
Cannabis found
CALNE: A driver was found to be in possession of cannabis after his car was stopped on the A361 near Derry Hill on Friday at about 1pm. The 18-year-old was arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit through drink or drugs.
Door damaged
CALNE: A wooden door was damaged on a house in London Road between 9am and 4.30pm on Monday. Police want witnesses.
Deer found dead
YATESBURY: A deer died after a man with lurcher dogs was seen poaching at 8am on Monday.
