CHIPPENHAM needs your nominations for outstanding individuals or groups.
Every year the town council puts a call out for nominations for individuals or groups who have demonstrated their services to the town's community and people.
The criteria, as set out by the Mayor of Chippenham, Desna Allen, asks people to put forward nominations for people who have “supported charity work in the town, assisted the town council in their duties in a volunteer capacity, made material contributions to the advancement and wellbeing of people of Chippenham and who have demonstrated outstanding citizenship.”
The winners will receive their awards at the Civic Sundayon July 12, when they and their guests will be invited to a reception at Chippenham Town Hall.
The closing date for nominations is Saturday, February 29 and you can download a nomination form from www.chippenham.gov.uk
