THE fundraisers for the Royal Wootton Bassett Forever poppy is seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
After Tom Patterson started his fundraising this month he began on £50, now he's raised £1,300 and counting.
His campaign is to raise £300,000 to build a replacement for the marble poppy which collapsed in October 2017.
He said: "I feel a lot more positive about raising the money, it's always daunting doing these things."
St Bartholomew’s and Noremarsh schools helped raise £460.
