Storm Ciara: Power cuts are being reported across Wiltshire. Nearly 2000 homes are being affected. @ssencommunity - Scottish Power - says there are problems reported in Swindon,
Devizes, Marlborough, Westbury and Calne. Meanwhile, GWR trains is reporting on its Twitter feed @GWRhelp that services are being cancelled and disruption is likely, and are advising passengers to check before travelling. Wiltshire Police say they have had reports of around 35 trees being blown down, but no one has been injured.
