A BURGLAR has admitted stealing a mirror and a strimmer from a Luckington garage in December.
Appearing before Swindon Magistrates' Court, Lee Wodecki, 39, of The Green, Luckington, admitted an attempted dwelling burglary, garage burglary and possession of a class B drug.
On December 6, Wodecki stole a strimmer and mirror from a garage in the Wiltshire village. He was then caught on a camera at the address damaging the front door.
Sgt Rob Blake said: “Burglaries have a devastating impact on victims and their families and we will always do our very best to identify offenders and bring them to justice.
“Wodecki caused several hundreds of pounds worth of damage to the address he targeted, as well as a considerable amount of upset to those living at the address.”
He was granted conditional bail to return to Swindon Magistrates' Court on March 6. JPs ordered a pre-sentence report.
