Apart from Joel Petkoff our imports are honestly not really good enough and we are struggling in this part of the team.

One of the challenges of coaching in this league is bringing in players to perform a role that both supports and leads your British players.

We've let Erik Bochna go and, while being a very talented player, he has not performed consistently at a high enough level to satisfy the expectations that his position demanded.

We wish him well wherever he ends up playing.

It was hard in the 6-2 defeat against Slough on Sunday but they are a very good side and will certainly be a top two or three side at the end of the season.

They are only in a lowly position because they have hardly played any league games.

But what was totally disappointing was the fact four of the six goals came from high men. I keep telling the players about it but it doesn't seem to do any good.

We need something to happen to this team and quick. I know I say it every week but something has got to change.

We need some spark up front because apart from Petkoff we haven't got any.

The fans may look at me and blame me but I am trying to do my best for the club.

We've got a cup double header with Wightlink this weekend, they come to us on Saturday and we travel there on Sunday so it gives us a respite from the league.

We beat them 5-0 when we played them a couple of weekends ago but that is no reason why the players should not be fully focussed.

But we will be without Robin Davison, who is seeing a specialist about his injury.
