SWINDON Borough Council says plunging temperatures have triggered the Severe Weather Emergency Protocol this weekend.
It means the council will provide emergency accommodation to any rough sleepers in the town who want help.
On Facebook the borough said: "If you've seen someone who wants our help please let us know."
What is the Severe Weather Emergency Protocol?
The protocol is triggered when the temperature falls to zero or below for three consecutive days.

The council will then accommodate anyone who gets in contact saying they are homeless. People might be put up in B&Bs and hotels.
