A FAMILY-owned firm in Warminster is expanding by taking on a further two industrial/warehouse units on a popular and strategically-located industrial estate in the town.

Ready Case Ltd has agreed a five-year lease on Units 8 and 10 on the Woodcock Industrial Estate on the north-eastern edge of Warminster.

The company has grown significantly in recent years and is continuing to expand.

The two new units are likely to create new jobs in production, as well as management and office-based roles.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully negotiated the letting of the two units, for which the total quoting rent was £41,500 per annum.

Unit 8 is 3,313 square feet (307.78 square metres) with Unit 10 slightly bigger at 3,731 sq ft (346.61 sq m).

The Woodcock Industrial Estate gives the company easy access to the town centre, the railway station and good links to the A36 Southampton to Bristol trunk route.

Warminster serves a local population of 17,490, a district population of 127,900 and a substantial army garrison.

The town has traditionally been a centre for the military, having access to tank and gunnery range training facilities on Salisbury Plain.
