Arthouse Cafe, Market Place, Melksham
MELKSHAM Area Board has awarded grants worth a total of £8,478 to three local community groups.
The cash has come from the Melksham Area Board’s community area grants scheme and the youth grants scheme.
Atworth Village Hall and Recreation Ground committee was given £2,483 to replace tables and chairs at the village hall.
The Arthouse Café in the Market Place, run by the Melksham Rotary Club, was awarded £995 to install a new power-assisted front door.
Young Melksham was given £5,000 to support its No Limits special educational needs youth club.
