CHIPPENHAM based IT provider Mintivo has announced it is restructuring to accommodate the firm’s growth.
Having led the company through 300% growth over the past two years, Steve Healy will step down as managing director to become chairman.
Chris Gough, currently technical director, will move into the MD’s role.
Mr Gough said: “Steve’s experience has been invaluable to our growth to date and it’s fantastic to have him as chairman to provide strategic direction.”
"I am excited to lead the company forward, continuing to deliver innovative products and services to our clients whilst providing opportunities and support for our employees.”
Dave Swift will become technical director, utilising his considerable knowledge, skills and expertise.
Mark Adams, operations director at Mintivo, said: “Today marks the start of an exciting new era for Mintivo. My initial vision has grown and developed with the support of Steve and Chris."
