Police cordon off Anzio Road after bomb scare in Devizes.
A 22-year-old man has been charged with possession of an explosive substance for an unlawful purpose after a bomb alert in Anzio Road, Devizes on Wednesday.
Kubilay Bostanli who lives in Anzio Road, has been also been charged with possession of a knife blade in a public place, possession of a class B drug and harassment without violence.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court today.
On Wednesday people were evacuated from their home at around 12.30pm and not allowed back until late in the evening.
