A DILTON Marsh driver has been given a four-month prison sentence suspended for two years for motoring offences on the A350 at Melksham.
Charlie Gunning, 23, of Dilton Marsh, was also given a rehabilitation order and told to pay £207 in costs and fees by Salisbury Magistrates on October 16. The vehicle was seized.
He was arrested on the A350 on October 15 for taking a vehicle without consent, driving while disqualified, and having no insurance and no valid licence.
