DRIVERS using the road through North Bradley and the White Horse Business Park to head to and from Trowbridge this weekend are facing delays, as a temporary traffic lights to allow road resurfacing are causing long tailbacks.
The lights are close to the roundabout at the edge of the business park, on the Yarnbrook side of North Bradley, and the road from there to the village is currently closed.
This morning (Saturday) traffic was queuing back almost to the roundabout near Spitfire Park heading out of Trowbridge, while in the other direction drivers coming towards the town were stopped as far back at the Yarnbrook roundabout itself.
The road is due to be closed until Tuesday morning, so the delays may also affect Monday morning commuters.
