There is a wide variety of artistic workshops on offer at The Pound arts centre, Corsham, this autumn.

From painting courses, to learning a new instrument, there is plenty to do.

The series of workshops kick off on September 14, 21, 28, when the Art Outside course takes place.

Costing £5 per session, budding painters can join resident artist Rachel Heard to walk to a variety of stunning outdoor locations and recreate them with their brush.

If you're interested in learning how to play the guitar's smaller relative, the ukulele, then The Pound has you covered this autumn.

For £5 a session, music fans of all abilities can learn how to play it at the Uke Jam workshop being held on the last Friday of every month, from September 27, at 8pm.

There is plenty for your little ones to do, either as an after-school club or as a fun activity on the weekend.

A new drawing club, for children aged 6-11, is the perfect way for the little ones to unwind after a day at school. The club takes place at 3.30pm-4pm every Monday during term time and costs £3 per session or £28 for a whole term.

On September 28, children can join resident artist Claire Winnan in learning how to make a handstitched bag, which can be used every day. It's limited to 10 spaces and costs £5.
