SHOPPERS who love a bargain adore the “aisle of dreams” in Aldi and Lidl where they can snap up anything from gardening tools to clothing at knock-down prices.

Aldi’s aisle is called Specialbuys and Lidl’s is Middle of Lidl and the latest offers are always worth checking out. Both supermarkets have branches across the area.

Here is some of what you can expect this week:

ALDI

Back to school is the order of the day.

From today until Saturday the aisle will stock everything your little ones will need for the new school year.

School shoes cost just £6.99, a printer for homework is only £24.99 and a camouflage backpack costs £6.99.

There are also offers on children’s pyjamas, notebooks and posters.

On Sunday the Specialbuys change with a focus on the garden.
