TRAFFIC is building up on the M4 after a trailer carrying hay bales overturned.
The incident happened on the M4 at junction 18 for the A46 this afternoon.
Highways England tweeted: “Due to changing and worsening weather conditions we are having to start putting this Up and Over closure on at J18 M4 eastbound now.
“There are 60-minute delays on the approach to this M4 incident (above usual journey times) with congestion queues spanning 4,5 miles rearward back towards J19. Averages speeds on approach to J18 are 6mph.”
