RAILWAY lines between Swindon and Didcot Parkway have reopened after a herd of cows blocked the tracks.
A train heading to London Paddington hit one of the animals at around 6.20am today.
This led to hours of delays for passengers as services were diverted or cancelled.
⚠️ Following animals on the railway all lines between #Swindon and #DidcotParkway have now re-opened. Delays and alterations will occur while we get our staff and trains back into scheduled places.
