MEMBERS of St John’s Church Pewsey, Transition Marlborough, and Christian Aid joined the Wiltshire Wildlife Trust in a delegation to the Houses of Parliament to lobby MPs on the threat to wildlife.

The delegation met with North Wiltshire MP James Gray to discuss how Parliament can help restore wildlife in Wiltshire, which is under threat through habitat and species loss.

They joined over 15,000 people from across the country on June 26, to call on politicians to do more to protect wildlife and end the UK’s contribution to climate change. The demonstration was organised by The Climate Coalition and Greener UK.
