OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

LEE BROMLEY, 43, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted stealing clothing worth £122 from H&M in Castle Quay Shopping Centre, Banbury, on January 1. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months, must have treatment for drug dependency for nine months, must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

EDWARD BILLETT WILKINSON POTTER, 36, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order imposed on him on April 4 by failing to attend rehabilitation activity on April 11 and April 18. Fined £400.

MARTIN GEORGE REALEY, 41, of Hilliat Fields, Drayton, admitted registering a vehicle when it did not meet the insurance requirements of the road traffic act. Conditionally discharged for six months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

RICHARD ADRIAN BOWEN, 45, of Cumnor Road, Farmoor, admitted using a handheld mobile phone while driving in Botley Road, Oxford, on January 24. Fined £107, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

MICHAELA CLARKE, 41, of Field Avenue, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence in Cuddesdon Way, Oxford, on January 1. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

ROWAN JAMES COX, 21, of Brasenose Road, Didcot, admitted speeding at 44mph in a 30 mph zone in Bessels Way, Blewbury, on October 25. Fined £200, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

FIRDAUS DA-COSTA, 25, of Calcot Close, Oxford, admitted using a vehicle without insurance or a licence in Garsington Road, Oxford, on January 19. Fined £880, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

ADRIAN BARRY MICHAEL HOLMES, 39, of Duke Street, Banbury, admitted speeding at 50mph in a 30mph zone on the B480 at Chiselhampton, on January 18 and driving on a road with a child passenger aged 3 to 13 years who was not wearing a seatbelt at Chiselhampton Hill on January 18. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

LISA IZER, 46, of Wellington Way, Southmoor, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence in Banbury on January 24. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

SEBASTIAN JASTRZEBSKI, 31, of Windrush, Banbury, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between December 21 and January 18. Fined £440, must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

BOGDAN ANDREI LUCACI, 23, of Delapre Drive, Banbury, admitted speeding at 42mph in a 30mph zone in Bloxham Road, Banbury, on January 16. Fined £440, must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

JAMES ANTHONY MCDONAGH, 28, of Edgecombe Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a mobile phone while driving in Cowley Road, Oxford, on January 5. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

DANIEL JONATHAN METCALFE, 40, of Upthorpe Drive, Wantage, admitted being in a position where he could not have proper control of a vehicle on the A34, Northbound at Abingdon, on January 25. Fined £200, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

CHRISTIAN NOBLE, 41, of Windmill Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man in Radcliffe Square, Oxford, on May 1. He was fined £300 and must pay compensation of £75 and a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

MICHAL DRUZYNSKI, 37, of Bailey Road, Oxford, admitted using a vehicle without third party insurance on November 18 in Fern Hill Road, Oxford. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

SEBASTIAN LUCACI, 32, of no fixed abode, was convicted of assaulting a woman in Oxford on April 10 as well as causing criminal damage to a mobile phone. He was fined a total of £1,050 and must pay a victim surcharge of £70 and court costs of £300.

DANIEL VALENTIN MINRESCU, 22, of Iffley Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on January 8 in Abingdon Road, Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

STUART RICHARD PANTER, 36, of Woodpiece Road, Upper Arncott, was convicted of speeding by driving 39 mph in a 30 mph area in North Way, Oxford, on October 25. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

REBECCA PETTY, 29, of Radnor Road, Wallingford, was convicted of speeding by driving 46 mph in a 30 mph area at the A415 Burcot on October 25. He was fined £70 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

CHRISTOPHER JOHN PLEDGE, 46, of Pine Close, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving 79 mph in a 50 mph area at the A34 Botley Interchange on October 28. He was fined £369 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CHARLES WILLIAM PROUDFOOT, 35, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on January 8 in The Slade, Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

BARTOSZ PRZYBYLOWICZ, 27, of Shelley Close, Abingdon, was convicted of driving without a driving licence and without third party insurance on January 11 on the A34 Oxford. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

NATHAN ROBERTS, 37, of Claydon Close, Banbury, was convicted of speeding by driving in excess of 50 mph in a 50 mph area on the A34 southbound Botley South on January 26. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MARCEL SOARE, 23, of Neithrop Avenue, Banbury, was convicted of failing to identify a driver. Fined £660, victim surcharge £66, costs £85 and six points.
