A MAN has been summoned to court in connection with a fatal collision in Devizes last year.
Brad Hayden, 26, of Parkfield, Devizes, has been summoned to appear at Salisbury Magistrates Court on July 12, 2019.
He will then be formally charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving say Police.
These charges relate to a single-vehicle road traffic collision which happened on the A361 Bath Road, Devizes, on the evening of August 27, 2018.
Karly Heweson, who was 21-years-old, died at the scene. Another woman, who was 20-years-old at the time, was seriously injured.
Another man who was arrested at the time of the collision will face no further action.
