CHIPPENHAM Area Board has voted in its chairman and vice chairman for the next year, with two Wiltshire councillors taking on the community roles.
Cllr Peter Hutton has been elected as chairman at last week's Chippenham Area Board held at Café Sphero.
He said: "I am delighted to have been elected as the Chairman of the Chippenham Area board, I am looking forward in promoting the Area board and meeting with new and existing groups and individuals and exploring how we can work together to help improve our community over the next year."
Cllr Ashley O Neill was elected as the new Vice Chairman.
