STAFF and parents of children at the Avenue Day Nursery in Marlborough have been cheered by an Ofsted inspection.
The pre-school has been rated as Good by the authorities marking their leadership and management, their quality of teaching, learning and assessment, personal development, behaviour and welfare, as well as the outcomes for children were all marked as good.
Emma Caddick, the manager of the Silverless Street nursery said the staff and parents were delighted with the report.
Ofsted said: "Managers and staff continually review what they do. They implement clear plans for continuing improvements to achieve the best possible outcomes for children.
"Children are happy and settled at the nursery. They have warm, positive relationships with the staff, who know them well. Staff spend time with parents, gathering useful information about children’s preferences, needs and interests when they start. Staff help children become confident and independent."
