CYCLISTS raised more than £3,000 for MacMillan Cancer Support by taking on one of four routes in the 23rd Three Castles Bike Ride.
Youngsters and families had a go at a mostly-flat 10-mile route while most of the riders faced a 32-mile route that took them past Barbury Castle towards Temple Down.
Lewis Lawton planned the routes and helped organise the event. He said: "The longer routes will really test their stamina. From the entry fees alone from just under 200 people, we've raised more than £3,000 and look forward to receiving sponsorships which will hopefully help us reach our £5,000 target."
Mayor of Swindon Kevin Parry said "We as a community have to work together to fight this disease and it's great that so many people can come out and take part to support this good cause."
