A CRASH between a van and a car near Shrivenham closed the A420 in both directions.
Police were at the scene from 3.30pm on Saturday attending to the aftermath of the road traffic collision near the petrol station and have shut the dual carriageway between the Bourton turning and the Old Vicarage Lane junction.
A police spokesman said on Saturday: "The road is expected to be closed for some time. Please avoid the area for now."
The road has now been reopened.
