A HALF life size sculpture of a horse named Lucas has been created by an artist based in Easterton Sands.
Judy Boyt created the sculpture for the World Horse Welfare International Sculpture Trail starting in Windsor and Eton.
There are 20 horses all painted by different artists and celebrities including Martin Clunes, Sara Cox , Nick Skelton, Jennifer Bell, Nicola Eddery to name a few.
The horses relate to horses that have either been rescued or helped by WHW.
Mrs Boyt volunteered to sculpt the new muse Lucas, who was himself rescued abandoned with his mother in Scotland.
She went to Fife to meet him and made a small sculpture version on the spot, then returned home and enlarged it in her studio.
She said: "It is always a privilege to work with such dedicated people as the WHW team."
All the sculptures will be auctioned to help raise funds for WHW. Please visit www.worldhorsewelfare.org
