THOUSANDS of people are set to descend on a village near Devizes on the May bank holiday weekend for the 22nd running of the Urchfont Scarecrow Festival.
This year the theme is Back To The 80s and villagers are busy putting the finishing touches to their creations that will adorn their front gardens.
The festival opens at 9.30am on May 4 and ends at 5pm on May 6.
Money raised from the festival will go to a number of charities and local good causes including Wiltshire Air Ambulance.
More than 50 scarecrows will be on display and trail maps will be available along with a special children's quiz.
People can vote for their favourite crow and the makers of the top choice will receive a trophy.
