MOTORISTS are facing long journeys into Devizes this morning with traffic queuing in all directions but police say there have been no reported accidents.
People have taken to Facebook to lament the traffic jams.
One person said it had taken them nearly an hour to get from West Lavington to the centre of town while another took 45 minutes from Potterne.
Temporary traffic lights near Roses ironmongers are being blamed for the problem.
Wiltshire Council say the work is to carry out excavations to repair a mains fault and could carry on until April 11.
