A MAN who used a knife to threaten a resident in Ford, Chippenham on Tuesday, April 2, is wanted by the police.
Wiltshire Police are appealing for information after an incident that took place around 3pm when a man was disturbed by the property owner. The man was attempting to steal items from a vehicle.
He then threatened the householder with a knife before getting into a silver vehicle and driving off on the A420 in the direction of Marshfield.
The suspect is described as 5’10” of stocky build, dark hair, and was wearing a black jacket, grey trousers and gloves.
PC Howard Roger said: “The victim was very shaken by the actions of this man, it was obviously a frightening experience. We need to identify and locate the suspect and would like to hear from anyone who can help."
