A MAN who used a knife to threaten a resident in Ford, Chippenham on Tuesday, April 2, is wanted by the police.
They are appealing for information after an incident around 3pm when a man was disturbed by the property owner attempting to steal items from a vehicle.
The man threatened the householder with a knife before getting into a silver vehicle and driving off on the A420 in the direction of Marshfield.
The suspect is described as 5’10” of stocky build, dark hair. Wearing a black jacket, grey trousers and gloves.
PC Howard Roger said: "The victim was very shaken by the actions of this man, it was obviously an frightening experience. We need to identify and locate the suspect and would like to hear from anyone who can help. "
