Author Ian Rankin
TOP crime writer Ian Rankin, who created the much loved detective John Rebus, is to be in Marlborough this September for the town's LitFest.
He will be in good company as Poet Laureate Carol Ann Duffy and best selling novelist Robert Harris are also on the guest list for the festival which runs from September 26 to 29.
