The lock at Great Bewdyn is being repaired
REPAIRS are underway on the Kennet & Avon Canal at the locks at Great Bedwyn.
The locks from 63 to 67 will be closed to boat traffic until around March 15.
The locks at Little Bedwyn and St Katherine's have been repaired this winter with the gates removed, brickwork repaired and cleaned.
Work by the Canal River Trust is also underway at the Caen Hill flight of locks and at Semington.
