DJ George G-Force is to launch his Funky Sensation night in Devizes on April 5.
The DJ, whose real name is George Penny, said: "I started mixing again about four years ago after taking a break and I have been trying to get back out on the circuit. But I realised that it was going to be a lot harder than I thought with plenty of fresh competition."
But now he hopes The Exchange in Devizes could be the answer. He said: "I think it’s perfect in terms of a more rural location.The idea behind Funky Sensation is to play good old uplifting, hands in the air music to create a real feel good vibe. Expect to hear plenty of classic disco tracks that have been re-edited, house anthems and modern-day club bangers."
