Thieves filmed
LOCKERIDGE: The film King of Thieves will be screened on Sunday (February 24) in the Kennet Valley Hall at 7.30pm. It features the story of the Hatton Garden heist in 2015 and stars Michael Caine, Tom Courtenay, Michael Gambon, Charlie Cox, Jim Broadbent, Paul Whitehouse and Ray Winstone.

PEWSEY: The parish council heard that there are now 550 members of the Pewsey Vale Campus sports centre. The official opening takes place tomorrow (Friday) at 2pm.
Thursday cafe
MARLBOROUGH: The Marlborough Parkinson's Cafe is open today at 2.30pm at the Leisure Centre at Barton Dene for an hour. It is next open on March 21. For details call Sally Wood on 03442253670.
Blocked drain
SHALBOURNE: At the last parish council meeting it was reported that drains on Kingston Road near Cruck Cottage were partly blocked. Wiltshire Highways will only clear them if there is a danger to residents from flooding it was told.
Bingo night
AVEBURY: The Sports and Social Club is the scene for a Bingo session on Saturday (February 23) at 8pm.
