CAST and crew of Stratton Drama Group are returning to their usual venue of St Peter's Hall in Cirencester for their next production, “Old Actors Never Die – They Simply Lose the Plot”.

Last year some members of the group performed at town's The Sundial Theatre for a performance of Brassed Off in collaboration with Cirencester's Silver Band, but this year it is business as usual as the popular drama group return to their usual venue.

Stratton Drama Group has produced plays at St Peter's Church Hall since 1990.

“Old Actors Never Die – They Simply Lose the Plot” by Lynn Brittney is hilarious farce.

Director, Howard Gray, told the Standard: “We feel we’ve come back home.Rehearsals are going well and we hope our audiences will be pleased that the tradition of entertainment at St Peter’s looks set to continue for many years to come.”

The play will be performed on March 28,29 and 30 at 7.30pm. For tickets contact Rosemary Gray 01285 654546 or visit the Tourist Information office
