Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with a robbery in Trowbridge last week where a 16-year-old boy was stabbed.
The boy was injured during the incident, which happened at around 5.25pm on Monday 7 January 2019 in the alleyway between the Trowbridge Railway Station car park and Innox Road.
He suffered a minor stab wound to his thigh and had a number of items stolen, including his bike.
He was taken to hospital for treatment but discharged the same day.
Today (January 14) officers from the Wiltshire West Community Policing Team carried out search warrants at a number of addresses in Trowbridge.
A 16-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and wounding and 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of robbery.
They are both currently in custody at Melksham Police Station.
Police enquiries are continuing and they would urge anyone with information to call them on 101, quoting crime reference 54190002093.
