PIRATES, Treasure and castaways are all featured in a drama to be staged in Lockeridge near Marlborough this month.
The Kennet Valley Amateur Dramatic Society have something of a mash up in their swashbuckling pantomime adventure: Robinson Crusoe and The Treasure Island.
Auditions were held in September for a full cast to blend the novels of Robert Louise Stephenson’s pirate adventure and Daniel Defoe’s story of surviving on a tropical island.
Expect Long John Silver, Man Friday and all the traditional elements of a pantomime including songs, dancing, jokes and or course lots of slapstick in an original script penned by John Bartle.
The pantomime will be performed at the Kennet Valley Hall in Lockeridge from Thursday, January 24 to Saturday January 26, 2019.
Tickets available from Jean Clements, adults £7, children £5, telephone 01672 861423 or for details email KVADS@outlook.com
