STAFF at Cepen Lodge Care Home in Chippenham are celebrating being rated as the highest scoring brighterkind home in the South West in a recent survey of customer satisfaction.

The brighterkind survey of its 70 homes throughout the UK saw Cepen Lodge achieved a customer satisfaction rating of around nine out of 10, based on the residents' responses to questions covering every aspect of the life in the home.

The home, in West Cepen Way, is also rated as “good” overall by the Care Quality Commission.

All of the residents who took part in the survey (100% ) were satisfied with the quality of their care. The home also achieved 100% satisfaction among residents for treating people with kindness, dignity and respect; 96% for activities and entertainment; 100% for the friendliness of the care team and another 100% satisfaction for treating people as individuals.
