DELIVERIES of Christmas cheer are arriving at estate agents Goodman, Warren and Beck as local people put their hands in their pockets to buy presents for needy children as part of this year's Christmas Toy Appeal.
The Salvation Army in Chippenham has teaming up with the Wiltshire Gazette & Herald once again to make sure local children don't miss out if their families are going through a hard time financially.
Last year the Chippenham Salvation Army provide 100 food boxes, as well as gifts for over 250 children - and they believe many more will be needing help this year.
Toys and gifts must be new and unwrapped, for boys and girls, and can be dropped off at Goodman, Warren and Beck in Market Place, Wilko Chippenham, Wilko Devizes and Sainsbury’s Chippenham, as well as at the offices of MP Michelle Donelan in New Road.
Toys and donations can also be dropped off at The Salvation Army headquarters in Foghamshire on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, or by appointment on 01249 655458.
