RESIDENTIAL home in Malmesbury is inviting residents and visitors to take part in a coffee morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
The organisers, Churchill Retirement Living, are setting up the event at William Lodge, on October 2, from 10.30am.
The event will be in part of the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning Campaign, as everyone is welcome to coffee, cakes and biscuits with opportunity to make donations to the charity.
This is the ninth year the retirement developer has taken part in the World’s Biggest Coffee morning as it aims to contribute and help Macmillan Cancer Support gain funding.
Regional marketing manager at Churchill Retirement Living, Caroline Haswell, said: “We are delighted to once again be involved in Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning. The events are not only a fantastic way to raise money for a very worthy cause but also an opportunity to get the local community together. We have set an ambitious fundraising target of £35,000 for Macmillan this year and we hope people in Malmesbury will join us at William Lodge to help us raise lots of money to support the great work the charity does.
