LITTLE Ellie Humphries and her brother Tom will be VIPs on Thursday (Sep 13) when they open the new Julia's House charity shop in Devizes.
Ellie, who is 17 months old, and her family have been supported by Julia's House since April when she was diagnosed with a brain tumour.
Today Ellie and Tom, three, from Chippenham will cut the ribbon on the shop at Maryport Street at 10.30am.
The Devizes shop will be the second Julia' House has opened in Wiltshire since its hospice opened at Browfort in Devizes last year. The other shop is in Salisbury.
A spokesman for Julia's House said: "The Devizes shop, which is just a few minutes away from the hospice, will be open from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm and will feature women’s men’s and children’s clothing, plus bric-a-brac, toys and homeware." It has taken over the former Ducks newsagents.
