AN opticians in Marlborough have introduced a new piece of technology which takes the guessing out of buying glasses.

Specsavers on the High Street have launched the new frame styler, a unique virtual try on technology that uses facial analysis to scan your face shape and features.

The in store tablets identifies styles and colours from the range that suit customers best, from subtle to statement, allowing glasses wearers to be confident in your specs choices.

The frame styler shows each frame from multiple angles and allows customers to virtually try on different styles in 3D, comparing how they look with one swipe.

Store director Rachael King said: "The technology if fascinating. We always go above and beyond to make the experience in store as fluid as possible for customers and we have managed to go one step further with the Frame Styler. Customers are loving it and we look forward to welcoming more people through the doors to try it out."
